Cancellation and Modifications

Client Cancellations

You may cancel your booking subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before collection: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before collection: 50% charge
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before collection: 100% charge

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if:

• The vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
• You fail to meet eligibility requirements
• You provide false or misleading information
• Payment cannot be processed

In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative vehicle of equivalent or higher standard.

Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

When hiring a vehicle from us, you agree to:
